We are proud to introduce our team at Mountside to you. All of our staff from different departments are valued and assist us in making the difference in all caring aspects.


Keith Pocock - Home Manager

Keith was appointed as registered Manager during 2007. His previous background was managing a care complex which included nursing, residential and supported living.

Sandra Lambert - Deputy Manager

Sandra has worked at Mountside since 1991 and during this time has trained as a Phlebotomist. Sandra has previously worked at the Conquest hospital and various doctor’s surgeries. All of her professional career has centred around the caring profession.
Karen Shepard

Karen Shepard - Care Administrator

KAREN joined us in 2018 to assist us with compiling our new care plan system. Karen’s background includes working as a Phlebotomist as well as a Deputy Manager in a dementia care home. Karen will be fully involved in recording all aspects of care.

House Keeping & Laundry Services

Collectively this is our dedicated team of House Keepers and Laundry Assistant. All work very hard at maintaining and achieving our high standards throughout Mountside.

Jabet Long - Office Admin

Janet Long - Office Administrator

Janet has been in post since in 2015 and her background is in accounts. Her friendly face will often be the first point of contact as she is our meeter and greeter. Janet is responsible for all invoices and will deal with most other queries.
